Additional Pricing Information

• Our prices include VAT, a lovingly curated breakfast buffet, and access to the infrared cabin and infrared lounge.
• Excluding a tourist tax of €3.00 per night for guests aged 14 and over.
• Short stay surcharge of €6.00 per person per night for stays under 3 nights.
• Discounts for children upon arrangement (in the parents' room), children up to five years stay for free (with private booking).
• In the summer, when booking a minimum of 7 nights, enjoy one complimentary partial massage per room (with private booking).

Cancellation Policy

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.

• Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival.
• 40% of the agreed total price for cancellations made 3 months to 1 month before arrival.
• 70% of the agreed total price for cancellations made 1 month to 1 week before arrival.
• 90% of the agreed total price for cancellations made in the last week before arrival.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the total price minus any unused services.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung!
